NPC Location
Find here for the NPC named Iruka and go there. This is the NPC who gives u the Naruto Headgears.
Quest
When you talk to this NPC he will ask you to give him 5 million zenny. Later after giving him the zenny he will ask you to give him 5 Majestic Goat(Baphomet Drop in MVP arena). Give him the Required Items. He will then give you a test. Answer the test and score at least an 8/10 to choose which country you want .i.e if u say wind then u get wind head protector.The questions of the test are given below.
