High Wizard's follow the same battle structure as Wizards. Their status are increased and bonus of 30% to HP and SP are given so that you may be able to resist even longer. The basic combo Storm Gust followed by Jupter Thunder still remains but this time stronger then before.

[edit] Notes on High Wizards
The point that should be focused when building a High Wizard is mainly keep your target away from you enabling you to cast your spells and not allowing him/her to hit you. A quick cast time gives you the oportunitie to cast as many spells as you want such as Jupter Thunder and Quagmire to mantain your target away from you. This followed by Storm Gust can probably give you the oportunity to finish the combat.
