  • Central Processing Unit Pentium - 500 or equivalent (AMD CPU, Celeron)
  • Random Access Memory 128MB
  • Video Graphics Array DirectX 3D Support with 8MB video memory
  • Sound DirectSound support
  • Other DirectX 8.0

To play DarkRO, you need both kRO and the Korean Sakray installed on your machine. Keep in mind that these must be up to date for your game experience to run smoothly.

[edit] Installation

After you have successfully downloaded kRO, sakray and the DarkRO Installer it is time to install the into your computer so you can get playing!

  1. Install kRO
  2. Install Sakray
  3. Install DarkRO
  4. Patch kRO
  5. Patch Sakray

[edit] Installing RAG_SETUP/SAK_SETUP

  1. Open either the SAK_SETUP or RAG_SETUP. You should get a window that looks similar to the first thumbnail. Press the left button.
  2. Then you should get a new screen filled with a bunch of strange characters. Click the left button.
  3. Now the middle button is clickable, click the middle button.
  4. Now you should get the window where it askes you where you want to install it. Choose where you want to install it BUT, remember where you did because you have to install the other and darkro in that exact same location!
  5. Now you should see a bar, it is now installing.
  6. When it is done installing you should see this. Click the button and it should start patching soon after.
  7. Repeat for SAK_SETUP if you just installed RAG_SETUP or repeat for RAG_SETUP if you just installed SAK_SETUP.

NOTE: If either sak or rags' patch update to the 2007 and get a window error, you will beable to play with just that (you might have miner item errors during game play). But if you are not satisfied you can keeping trying until it does all the way through. -Darpie/GIGI
