DarkRO Low Rates was around before DarkRO Force. It is a low rate server which adds challenge to the game. It's small, yet effective. There's drama that happens in both real life and official servers, mostly on the WoE scene.

DarkRO Low Rates was renamed to Pie on December 25, 2006 (Hey look, Christmas!!), after much debating on whether it should be called Pie or Soul, among other things. Pie was suggested as a joke by forum member Ulkhani ^[1], though many people took to it instantly and began voting for it, as it seemed like a good metaphor for the "laid back easiness" of the server itself. Many players of DarkRO Force voted for Soul, though through dedicated forum members and Low Rate players, the title Pie prevailed for DarkRO Pie.

DarkRO Pie has never been wiped since DarkRO's creation in July 2005, and has only had two major Rollbacks in that time.
