A Doppelganger card is GOLD, if you're a Veteran player, however, newer players arent as easy. You'll have to get alot of Dex/Agi to reach a higher Atk Speed Newer players can still level decently, though. Also, remember arrows weigh 0 so, once the chance arises.. buy 30k at a time, so you dont have to keep going back to the mall. How to level up from beginning as sniper to level 255. (All around Detailed Guide)
First make a chacter in Dark Ro Force. You'll start out as a Novice, set your status to the following Table
Novice Beginning Status
Strength :-----------------9
Vitality :-----------------1
Agility :-----------------9
Intelligence :-----------------1
Dexterity :-----------------9
Luck :-----------------1
Table Explanation- Strength is one of the following because as a novice
you use a dagger. Having at least 9 Strength to start
out with makes it easier to kill monsters.
Agility is great to have in the beginning so you can hit
faster, also it will be used later in the game so its
nice to get a head start.
Dexterity is nice to have because you wont miss as much
in the beginning, and also you'll be a sniper so it is good
for bow damage.
Ok now you'll have to take a Rules and Regulations test. You have to know the rules of RO or you'll be banned from the server. You can go to the Dark Ro Website at http://dark-ro.net/ and look at the rules
Ok when your done with the test you'll be in the top of Prontera. This is a main town that most of the players do things in
Ok once here Use the Command @go 0 , this will take you to the center of Prontera. Ok now from the center their is a flag above you, to the right of that is the Karfa Lady. Speak to the Karfa Lady, click on save. This will save Prontera to be your main town. You will warp here if you die and re-spawn. The save command isn't all she provides She also has the storage command, this will store all of your items if you dont want to carry them. You can transfer item through storage to other characters you've made.
The first levels
You're going to want to be an archer fast, right? Well, the easiest place is either prt_fild01 or prt_fild08 To get there type the following; @warp prt_fild01 or.. @warp prt_fild08 Just simply kill a couple porings. You should be job 10 almost instantly. You now need to raise your Basic skill, its in the skill section of the Char Info
Once you have hitten job level 10, you're good to go. Type @go 0 to get back. Near you, on the right side of you the above you should be a girl called [Job Master] Speak to her and look for 'Archer'
Long Range Begins
Note for better players
Your going to need the following
Composite bow [4]
Slot 1 : Turtle General Card
Slot 2 : Turtle General Card
slot 3 : Paper Card
Slot 4 : DoppelerGanger Card
Concentration Potion
Arrow of counter evil
With Concentration potion and DopplerGanger card combined youll reach full aspd
Remember these items are not vital to your succes
and you can still level up without them
Back to the Basics
Your going to need a bow as an archer. Usally just a DoppelerGanger card works good on it so dont get to fancy If you cant get the items. Get a regular bow at the mall @go mall. And buy some arrows you can afford such as silver arrows. Ok now that your supplied with the bow and arrows you'll be ready to level up
Payon Dungeon
To get to Payon Dungeon youll need to type @warp pay_dun00, or you can warp to payon and walk. The first monster you should fight should be the Skeleton because it is the weak but still gives good exp shoot a couple skeletons with your bow and when you level up raise dex and luk and agi Once you can, kill all the monsters in the dungeon over and over for a while. But watch your health because you might die. Continue rasing and using skills such as double strafe Double strafe is a 1 shot thing, except it uses two arrows and the damage is much higher than a regulare shot Also another thing to watch is your job level once you reach job level 50 its time to go back to Prontera and Job up into a hunter
Once level 50 type @go 0 and get back to Prontera
Make sure all your skill points have been used up
Then make sure you have full amounts of status you can go on agi, dex, and luk
Speak to the job master and become a hunter, this is were hunting begins
Its time to set traps and shoot
Once a hunter you'll be able to fight more monsters so... You should be about level 70 base and 50 job Theres two places you could go to.
The first choice is @warp lou_fild01 You could fight Increase Soil and level up A lot of people are here so somtimes its hard becuase of the fact that they kill the monsters to a sort of extiction
The second choice would be @warp ix_dun03 In here you should fight all the monsters Not a lot of people come here but you will see some Which makes it more conveinent because there is more monsters The only thing bad here is the water mines If you hit them they'll explode and hurt you a lot and may prove fatal
You can pick either of these place really. You should fight there until about level 90.
Once level 90 you should be ready to take on gl_prison Here you'll mainly fight Skeleton Prisnors And Rbyio's You'll see a lot of people in this dungeon so watch out. They might kill you. If you want this to stop go back to town @go 0 and type @pk. Its turn of pvp mode. Making it so you cant kill them and they cant kill you Fight here until you reach around 110
Here's a word of advice. When you reach level 99 you are aloud to change job to a sniper (but remember, this will slow down the leveling process makin it so you need more exp to level up) So i advise you to not become at sniper, at least not at this level
Ok once level 110 you'll be ready for the guild dungeons @warp gld_dun01 is the first one You should go here becuase it will help you get ready for the top gld dun Which is gld_dun04
You can procced to either but i reccommend going to @warp gld_dun01 to get A couple more levels so you dont die inside the @warp gld_dun04
Inside @warp gld_dun01 you should fight Am muts, they have followers so kill the follower first and then kill them am mut becuase you will gain more experince and have a less chance of dieing due to the fact that they die faster so its only one monster hitting you Also you should fight General Skeletons.
Use the same technuiqe as you do on the Am muts Also i suggest you dont worry about fighting the Fire balls. They give low exp and die very slowly due to high defense levels.
Fight there untill about level 130. This is a good level because you'll do more damage and have more hp The reason you want this is becuase in @warp gld_dun04 There are monsters called Wraith Dead's here they are basiclly big tanks that take a lot of hits to kill so they might be hard, remember to use Silver arrows on them The Mini demons you will fight are tuff To resist death agaisnt them I suggest you use your range and take out the two minoins and then work on the boss. Also you'll fight zombie masters. They are pretty weak so it wont take long to kill them so you dont have to use the technuiqe You'll be fighting in the gld_dun04 for a while so you might find the boss minoin Dark illusion, fighting him will be tuff but im sure you can do it. He gives a pretty good exp bonus so finding him will help you level. You'll be here for a while so dont give up, remember you'll reach 255 soon
Once around level 180 you should continue to the first Abyss lake Its warp is @warp abyss_01. You should go there and fight the dragons. This dungeon is kind of like @warp gld_dun01 Its to get you a level boost to be ready for @warp abyss_03 Here there will be green, red, somtimes golden dragons The golden ones are the hardest and give the most experience Thats what you will fight in @warp abyss_03 but the only problem is they gang up on you to about 15 vs 1 So its good to get a higher level and be ready for it. Before going you should by Shadow arrows. There good for killing the Golden ones but they'll take down some greens and reds. Fight here untill you reach about level 200. It wont take very long because the dragons give a lot of exprience.
Once level 200 you should continue onto @warp abyss_03. Here is where you'll fight a lot of golden dragons you should continue fighting here for a while Once you reach around level 240. You should beomce a sniper. So you'll reset your job level and start over on job. You should reach job level 100 and 255 at the same time. If not just continue until you get job level 100.
Always remember to level up Dexterity, it makes you do more damage
Thats my guide on how to reach a level 255 sniper within a day, if your good enough maybe 4 hours if constant play. But always take a break.

[edit] Power Leveling a Sniper
Before anything else This guide is from my post in the forums http://dark-ro.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=73881 i just transferred it here so that i can contribute to more readers.. And this is written, experienced and ideas of my own.
First of all this guide is for those who had already a stable account in dark-ro because the items needed to power level this sniper is in average prices.
Before anything else the only weapon you will be using is a +10 Double explosive bloody composite bow of berserk. (2 TG 1 HYDRA 1 DOPEL) or a +10 Double explosive bone composite of berserk (2 TG 1 skeleton worker 1 dopel). This is the only weapon that you will use through out the power leveling. Armors, wings, accessories, headgears are optional in my power leveling guide. (depending on your budget)
so lets start in creating an account here in dark-ro. Go to WWW.dark-ro.net to register.
After registering u have to validate it in your email..
Now that you have an account let's start with your novice..
Novices have small hp and attack so its better to start in the ant hell. try to attack the eggs near the portal and when job level reaches to level 10
go to the job master and change job to an archer. (Take note that you don't need to put your stats while you're a novice in str so that you won't waste a 10k zenny for resetting stats)
After changing to an archer your level will be around lvl 13 - 16 so you can already equip your +10 Double explosive bloody composite bow of berserk and go directly to the orc dungeon and kill some orc zombies and familiar.. And for now put all your stats to dex whenever you level.
But wait dont you forget something??!don't be too excited buy some arrows! buy utleast 5k silver arrows you would only need 5k because you'll be changing monster later wherein the holy element will be use less.. Another thing is buy a lot of fly wing and white pots have a stock of 1000 flywing and 300 whites in your storage. this will always be used..
I suggest this map because orc zombies have slow moving speed and even tho you still don't have the Owl's eye and vulture's eye you can still pawn them. This will also test your piloting skills.. i go to orc dungeon even tho i'm just level 13 and manage to survive. If i can do it why not you..
But if it is real hard for you and there are too many mobs near the portal then you can go back to ant hell and achieve 5 more levels then return to orc dungeon or much better get your owl's eye and vulture's eye to level 10 so that it won't be that hard.
Another thing is, in this map, you will also find familiar the violet colored blood sucking bat this is a good help to because they drop concentration potions which maximize aspd.. (197 aspd with dopel)
After killing the 1st monster in orc dungeon your job level is around 30+ so you can immediately put your stats to Owl's eye and vulture's eye and Improve Concentration. Always remember that these 3 skills are the most important skills in your character's life while he is still ac archer or a hunter.. (later on some more skills will be added)
You don't need to stay here much longer you just need to have a job 50 and go back again to the job master and be a Hunter.
WOW already a hunter? Isn't that easy? now that your a hunter i know u still have silver arrows right? and your base lvl is around 70 right?
Now go to nif_fild02 the home of the loli ruli, dulahann, murderer, gibbet etc.. it will be a boost to your level and to your money.. why?
because loots here are expensive like the black kitty doll you just have to gather 300 pcs of them and some more recipes to create a drooping kitty.. Bat Cage is a recipe for gargoyle wings too! if you have extra time u can gather it too either to sell it or to use it.. they would add and help for your leveling budget..
The technique in power leveling is master the flywing technique ( max it to level 10 /heh) when there is nothing to attack go and fly search monsters.. And don't get mobbed its better to stay in the map and kill the monsters 1 by 1 rather than be killed and warp over and over again..
Hey! wait! don't forget your stats! maximize your stats to dexterity you don't need any other stats right now all you need is good damage..
Now go back to nif_fild02 and get your job to lvl 50.
Now that your in job 50 go back to job master and your ready to be a sniper.
Nice! great job! now your a good sniper!
Now that you're a sniper u will start to put some vit already cuz harder battles will be fought in the future..
Go back to nif_fild02 till u leveled up to lvl 130.. make sure that true sight, improved concentration, Wind walk and concentration potions are
being used.. the three buff skills are important and should be always used whenever its nearing to fade..
Now that you are a lvl 130 sniper u can go to abyss_03, to pick up way much more exp.. And now is the time to change the element of your arrows.. You will have to buy arrow of shadow, for me it is the most effective elemental arrow in the abyss..
Now the strategy here is again, FLYWING (you should have mastered it /heh) u have to evade the clash of mobs with you.. teleport if the ferus and red ferus has gotten near to you.. you will be 1 hit KO by the brandish skill of these two dragon monsters..
You have to attack the monster while it is still far away from you.. another thing is you can leave monsters after attacking them and let others to kill it and still you will have plenty of exp..
Pump your vit up to 60- 99 so that you can survive longer.. If your vit is around 40 you wont get 1 hit anymore..
Abyss can be the last map that you will be leveling up to but if you have extra budget on equips, then you can go to biolab When you are in level 200 with good equips (like +7 set with good cards) then you will survive..
Now my last advise is stay focused on leveling if you want to level up fast don't fool around or PK other players and to make sure that you wont be tempted to then go PK off..
